Ooh Alice...

Seriously excited about Tim Burton's upcoming 'Alice in Wonderland '.
The trailer looks ab-so-lu-te-ly amazing. I cannot wait.

Looks like everybody's under the spell of the magical fairy tale.

Parisian store Printems asked several designers to create a dress for Alice. Alexander McQueen, Christopher Kane, Maison Martin Margiela, ... they all contributed to the project and made one-of-a kind dresses. Alice woud be so happy.
The pieces will hit the windows of Printemps in February.

Jewellery designer Tom Binns is designing not one, but two collections for Disney.
The Tom Binns for Walt Dinsey signature line will have six limited edition pieces, all inspired by the characters starring in the movie. ( Alice, White Rabbit, Red Queen, Mad Hatter, ...) Stores like Bergdorf and Barneys will sell the pieces.

The one shown here is the 'Broken Teacup necklace'. It will be launched in spring. Prices start at $ 1,000 (ouch)
Good news for people who don't want to spend that much, but do want an Alice inspired piece of jewellery.
Tom will also create pieces for Disney Couture.
This line consists of different bracelets, necklaces, earrings, rings,... all based on Disney movies.

Bergdorf Goodman, always in for a sensational window caused another traffic-stopping scenery. It debuted on November 20th and ends on January 6th. The theme is called "Curiouser and Curiouser ", inspired by the works of Lewis Caroll. (Author of Alice in Wonderland).
